Vanguard Program

The fine print

We reserve the right to deny any application.

This program is limited to 50 sign ups per module. These modules are available in the Vanguard program for one year; after which, they will be removed and sold as commercial products. Only one copy of a single module will be made available to any single applicant. Product will be shipped including the module, battle mats, and pre-generated characters upon event verification through TableTop Events and application approval. Miniatures are NOT included. The program is only available to those with US ship-to addresses; the Vanguard program will not ship internationally. Proof of event registration is required. Please allow 7-10 business for shipping.

Application should be made at least 30 days prior to the convention you are attending.

Applications will be automatically rejected for any convention occurring less than 30 days of the application date.

Some hints to ensure you can get multiple modules through the Vanguard program:

Take pictures of people enjoying your event
Post a synopsis of the event on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media and tag us
Make sure you pack your event, get people to play!
